How we use information
We process data to authenticate users, deliver configuration and releases, calculate experiment and reliability results, keep an audit trail, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use Pulse Companion for third-party advertising tracking.
Legal bases and retention
We rely on performance of our agreement, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, legal obligations, and consent where required. Account and operational records are kept only as long as needed for the service, security, contractual commitments, and applicable law. Workspace owners can delete or export product data, subject to necessary security and legal retention.
Processors and international transfers
We use carefully selected infrastructure, storage, email, monitoring, and support providers to run Pulse. They may process data only under our instructions and appropriate contractual safeguards. Production data is hosted in the European Union unless a customer agreement states otherwise.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests to [email protected]; we may verify your identity before completing them.
Security and changes
We apply access controls, encryption, least-privilege practices, monitoring, and tested recovery procedures. No system is completely risk-free. If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required.
